目的及方法
Rover Scout Section is formed to provide means of harnessing the interest, helping and supporting young men / women who accept the obligation of regular service to the Scout Movement and Community, to ensure that they make personal progress to develop their potentials and to take a constructive place in society as a responsible and useful citizen.
The method of training in the Rover Scout Section is based on the self-programming and self-governing rover scout crew together with a progressing and challenging award scheme.
樂行童軍支部，旨在維繫關懷社會、熱心服務之青年，給予他們機會及鼓勵，為童軍運動及社會服務。同時，透過一個具挑戰性之獎章計劃，激勵他們的進取心，發展個人潛能，使他們成為有責任感及對社會有貢獻之公民。
樂行童軍支部之訓練方法，以自治及自務的樂行童軍團為基礎，輔以具挑戰性及有進度性之獎章制度。
